Naples Park is a non-gated community with no deed restrictions and no Homeowner’s Association fees. It is comprised of roughly 3000 separate lots, around 2500 of which have completed homes.  Lot sizes tend to run 50 ft. by 135 ft., or .15 acres in size.; with that said larger lots do exist in this community.   Naples Park is organized by 4 major blocks with addresses primarily in the 500, 600, 700, or 800 range; this design results in a grid system that is easy to navigate from North to South and/or East to West or vice versa.

History

Naples Park was one of the first areas of Naples to be developed; development was led by Senator John Williams and William Halderman(a distinguished publisher).  In the mid to late 1940’s the area was dominated by the SWFL working class.  Owners were attracted by the location, look and feel of the community and nearby surrounding’s and the reasonability of ownership in this booming area of SWFL.  Jump forward to today and Naples Park continues to attract a diverse market of young couples, older people looking to simplify their lifestyle, and foreign owners looking for a piece of SWFL charm and all that this area has to offer.

Homes

Due to how Naples Park has grown over the years a diverse set of homes can be found in this community.  Home prices will typically range from $100K to $900K+; pricing is typically driven by location within Naples Park(i.e. closeness to the water) and how the property has been maintained in comparison to it’s peers.  Home offerings will range from 2 bedroom bungalows to 3+ bedroom offerings especially on more recent built homes in the community.  Additionally, lots offer variation of pools, landscaped homes, cottage/guest suite, garages, and more!

What’s Nearby

Within a short distance of Naples Park you will find dining, shopping, beaches, recreational activities and more! Naples Park is within walking or a short bike ride distance to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park, two of our area’s more popular beach/waterfront areas.  Delnor-Wiggins State park offers acres of natural beauty given the preserves that comprise this area and the added attraction of the park having it’s own beach.

To the East of Naples Park and across U.S. 41 is the fabulous shopping area known as The Mercato.   The Mercarto is a unique marketplace area offering a Whole Foods Market, diverse shopping and a wide range of dining options that range from Chipotle Mexican Grille and Counter Burger to McCormick and Schmick’s, Masa and The Capital Grille.  Additionally The Mercarto offers Silverspot Cinema to catch the latest movie and a few options for catching a beverage of choice with friends and family.  Simply said it’s about convenience, access and location from your home in Naples Park.
